Itâ€™s time to challenge your strength with added complexity to the upper body strength training. Now that youâ€™re used to the flow of the strength sessions, continue to work hard. Weâ€™ll also add the component of maintaining flexibility with mobility exercises in the strength circuits.
Required Training Tools: Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor) and Slidez.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the anchor at shoulder level in the door to be ready for the warm up.
