Weâ€™re moving into the high performance phase with more plyometrics, and speed and agility work that is more game like and going to improve your play. In Phase 3 youâ€™ll work on movements that help your crossover step on the base paths, as well as range on defense and have you performing at a high level for the entire game.
Required Training Tools: Mini Bands, Training Cables (with Flex Handles and Door Anchor).
Optional Training Tools: Quick Ladder Pro and 6X Hurdles.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you begin place the door anchor at a high level to be ready for the strength circuit.
