It’s time to increase your speed with added complexity to the plyometrics and speed and agility movements. Like phase 1, we’ll pair linear speed with multi-directional speed by focusing on acceleration, deceleration and cutting. This will start to blend technique with what actually happens on the field. Conditioning and strength work will also be apart of this phase.
Required Training Tools: Mini Bands, Training Cables (with Flex Handles and Door Anchor).
Optional Training Tools: Quick Ladder Pro and 6X Hurdles.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you begin place the door anchor at a low level to be ready for the strength circuit.
