Speed-Day 3-Weeks 1, 2 & 3
Baseball players who are known for their speed on the field are very efficient with their movements that effect speed and agility. In phase 1 we’ll take more of a technical approach to learning about first step and lateral quickness. With the right focus you’ll still get your conditioning in as well continuing to work on strength and power that is critical for speed.
Required Training Tools: Mini Bands, Training Cables (with Flex Handles and Door Anchor).
Optional Training Tools: Quick Ladder Pro.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the anchor at shoulder level in the door to be ready for the strength circuit.
