Required Training Tools: Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor), Slidez.
Optional Training Tools: 6X Hurdles.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the anchor at a low level in the door to be ready for the second strength circuit.
