We’re adding some complexity to our lower body strength training and plyometrics to continue to improve your force production to translate to more production on the field. Building off the foundation you’ve laid in Phase 1, you’ll notice some of the movements in Phase 2 continue to be specific to baseball.
Required Training Tools: Mini Bands, Training Cables (plus Flex Handles and a Door Anchor), Slidez.
Optional Training Tools: 6X Hurdles.
Set-up Tips: You need a door to anchor the Training Cables. Before you start, place the anchor at a low level in the door to be ready for the first strength circuit.
